  I am very pleased with the exceptional care provided at Mt. Juliet Pain and Wellness. The staff is exceptional. I am glad they kept the ladies from the previous company. I look forward to my visits each month. They have improved my life with pain relief. They are very passionate and understanding.

  I was drug tested at my first visit and at my second visit I was SHOCKED as well as humiliated that my Dr. Ashley A. Winegar states that I failed my test and of course waits a month to tell me this. I demanded a retest and asked my results. She states well the fentanyl has to be sent to the lab. Meaning I'm cleared of Benzos. They were acting quite strange. After leaving there I go and have a full workup the same day. I passed so I thought great! I must not have passed the one from PAINMD because a week later I get a discharge letter. I am going for hair follicle testing as well. The family attorney is prepared to have an injunction filed because we have proof and they were acting very strange. I don't see how a false positive or a mistake can happen twice. I am furious and want my chart corrected.
