- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I use this company for my cpap supplies. Due to my insurance, I have no convenient recourse to continuing using them, otherwise I would drop them immediately. They rarely answer the phone, will never return your voice mails, and have made several billing and product shipping mistakes that I found near impossible to sort out due to their call dodging tactics. When I finally did get them on the phone, they refused to fix my issue and charged me for their mistakes under the pretense that I should have called them about it sooner... Wow. Lastly, I would say they keep bankers hours, but their hours are worse. If you need to walk into their office for some need, prepare to call off work, because they'll be closed well before the sun goes down, and laugh at the idea of providing service on weekends.
