  Dr. Lett seemed very nice during my consultation, however, the office staff is a different story. I left a voice mail for the nurse and it took 2 weeks to get a return call. UNACCEPTABLE. I scheduled an early morning appointment and ended up standing outside the door for 25 minutes while the 2 nurses/staffers inside made no attempt to let me in. Posted hours are 8-430, yet when I stood there until 8:25 waiting to be let in for my 830 appointment the door remained locked. When I called I was informed that the clinic doesn't open until 830 a.m....so why do they tell you to arrive at least 15 minutes early? When I drove away at 835 the door was still locked. Obviously the attitude of this clinic is that their time is much more valuable than mine. It is totally unprofessional to not open on time and to leave a patient standing at the door until AFTER the set appointment time. Even a great doctor can get a bad reputation with an office staff that is so lax about customer service and respecting the customer. ***************UPDATE************* Dr. Lett called me personally to apologize for everything. He is truly committed to customer service and vowed to make it right. I am impressed with the sincere apology and the effort to take time out of his busy day to serve his customer.

  Dr Lett was extremely nice. On the day of my surgery he prayed with me! His staff had always been super kind, as my insurance did not pay what i expected. So i have had to make monthly payments. They have never been ugly or rude, ALWAYS kind and caring...
